"Perfect holiday stay"

Perfect holiday stay, everything you need. Great location, easy access to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and pubs. Loved the beach walk and cliff walk, easy drive to Southwold and further. Hope to return.

"Lovely stay, beautiful house, good location"

beautifully updated, two bathroom/shower rooms, very clean, parking (incl Pod-Point charger). easy access to the beach.

Dining chairs too narrow at then back so a bit uncomfortable, sofas could probably do with upgrading, neither a major issue.

"Fantastic home in beautiful location"

The house was amazing. It was really spacious, decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - so near the beach and cliff walks. Supermarkets, MacDonalds and pubs within easy reach. Perfect for eating out. We loved the cliff walk.

Loved everything apart from the stair handrail which was a rope (to go with the seaside theme of the house). This was only because I have a bad knee and my parents are elderly.

Key box is somewhat flimsy and keypad difficult to re-insert when it falls out the main body of the box
