"For the same money stay someplace else nicer like the Westgate Park City. I won't e a return custome"

Breakfast was terrible. Like eating a hockey puck. Coffee machine gave you a few choices for $3.50 a shot. Wasn't worth it.

Hidden fees for everything. If you store my skis and boots, that's an amenity you offer me to stay with you. Not a hidden fee you later tell people when checking out. Shady dealings! The arcade games were all broken, that should have been a highlight for the kids. The room had a TV but no TV services were available.
