Location, size, amount of beds and toilets, children's play room.

Where do I start: First the key box was difficult to open. We couldn't unlock the front door one night and half of the guests had to book into an adjacent hotel for the night. Giving the apartment some due, we managed to get it open the next day. Apartment is upside down. First floor bedrooms, second floor living room, top floor extremely small kitchen. Because of Storm David there was a whining noise coming through the front bay windows (both sitting room and front room bedroom). Shower was warm, without being hot. Two towel hooks fell off when towels hung on them. Couldn't have a bath as the plug didn't work Furnishings were either threadbare or disgusting, see photos (shame I could only upload four). Windowsills rotting. Cracks in plaster. Paint chipping. (And I have photographic evidence).

We had a brilliant stay! Went with the whole family which ranges from a baby to 61 year old. We all had a fab time and would all definitely stay again. We was nervous about the different levels but it wasn’t a problem at all. Was great for the kids, they had their own playroom and snug. Brilliant location close to everywhere, not too noisy though. There is a loading bay right outside where we drew the car to load and unload the cars. Could not fault the place at all x

Great family home and great space for us all to relax and chat together. Fab location right in the heart of it.

Everything was to our satisfaction

The location of the property and the views were excellent. The lounge and 2 of the bedrooms overlooked the beach and the view in the morning watching the tide coming in and the view in the evening watching the sunset were superb.

The kitchen and dining room were situated on the 6th floor at the top of the house which made our stay exhausting. The dining room only had 6 chairs (for a house that sleeps 11!) so we could not eat together. The facilities were poor. No dishwasher or tumble dryer ( which were advertised) and even basics like a potato peeler were missing. House was missing tlc. The heating packed up, we had difficulty getting in and out of the property, curtain rail fell down, shower cubicle came off its runner.

We loved the decoration and furniture, the space and also location

There was no bins in toilet No heating in back bedroom (near children’s room) Bath water wasn’t getting hot No freezer
