Rooms are dark and out-dated. Heating did not work, 55 degrees in the room during a snowstorm. Staff did not have knowledge of the systems to inspect and or troubleshoot. Breakfast counter had a broken waffle maker, no honey available and only super ripe bananas. This property can and should do a lot better.

"Very disappointed in staff"

We arrived tonight only to have our reserved room given to someone else. I dont sleep well in hotel beds but last weekend we stayed here and I slept well. We asked for rhe same room this weekend and the lady at the desk said no problem and booked us. Tonight,Dylan(very disrepectfully) said they had given our room away.
