"Sehr schönes Grundstück mit tollem Pool und etwas altmodischem Haus"

Die Casa Tonina liegt ruhig auf einem sehr schönen Grundstück mit gepflegtem Garten und einem riesigen Pool. Die Terrasse ist groß und schön schattig. Gut gefallen hat uns auch das neu angebaute gartenseitige Bad mit Dusche. Prima fanden wir auch die Klimaanlage in allen drei Schlafzimmern. Das Haus war außerdem sehr sauber. Für den Sommer eine schöne Unterkunft, deshalb auch die 9 Punkte-Bewertung.

Das Haus an sich ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt eigentlich eine Modernisierung. Die Schlafzimmer sind schlicht, aber ok. Die Küche ist recht altmodisch, es war allerdings alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Nicht so zugesagt hat uns das Wohnzimmer, was recht lieblos mit alten Möbeln ausgestattet ist und etwas gemüffelt hat. Solange man sich hauptsächlich draußen aufhält, ist das kein echtes Thema, bei schlechtem Wetter allerdings schon.
