All round excellent, location and property

Very easy communication

Very comfortable, spacious, clean house (1 of 3 grouped together) surrounded by fields near a pleasant village by the canal. Beautiful views. Recently renovated. 2 bedrooms - each en suite, comfortable and attractive lounge and dining areas, large fully equipped kitchen. Excellent heating, loads of hot water. Everything you could possibly need including hot water bottles! Free parking near the property. Pubs, shop/post office, butcher's and fish and chip shop in the village.

The main lighting in the kitchen was very dim and no lighting over the sink area. Shower in twin bedroom very small. No grab rail or shower mat. The fridge didn't seem to be very cold.

Exceptionally clean, well equipped, lovely decor throughout. Loved the conservatory area joining onto the bathroom and bedroom as it gave so much light. The kitchen was huge and had everything you could possibly need. The welcome pack was such a surprise and delicious. The courtyard provided privacy with a lovely outdoor seating area. Very quiet and peaceful.

The barn is perfectly located in walking distance to the canal and also the local pubs, as well as the grocery shop are easy to reach in just a short walk. We very much liked the setup of the apartment and the furnishing, with all its the comfort. The hosts welcomed us on our arrival and also had prepared a lovely welcome package. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nothing to complain.

It's a great country location. The barns are surrounded by picturesque views of open fields, a s there are plenty of walking paths. The barn itself was very comfortable and clean! They were patient with us having to check out late due to travelling for the first time with an infant.

A warmer welcome would have been nice, and the swift, automatic return of the deposit would have been great. We had to follow up and chase it, which is unusual in my experience.

We were self catering , there was a welcome pack such as bread, butter , milk, biscuits, tea and coffee which was perfect after a long journey. Amanda and Matt were the perfect hosts and nothing was too small if we had any questions. They also gave us advice on the best places to visit.

There was nothing we didnt like all was perfect.
