The house was perfect for our stay. All the bedrooms were a lovely size with plenty of storage. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was in an excellent location for exploring Cornwall.

There wasn't anything to not like!

Great location, The inside of the property is exceptional. It is decorated and equipped very well The space is large with plenty of space in all areas of the house

The outside needs some work, The furniture displayed is not all there and what is there needs replacing For us this didn’t make much difference as it wasn’t warm enough to sit outside However in comparison to how well furnished inside is the outside does need some new furniture There needs to be a guide on how to use some of the appliances. They are all high end but some are comped and difficult to figure out!

Everything, lots of space and full of tech. Great games room that was a haven for our kids. Everything you need for a self catering holiday.

Garden furniture needs updating.

Generally an excellent experience in a well equipped and maintained property. Games room was fantastic, not expected and didn't have chance to use. This time!

Shower floors were slippery and had no anti-slip mats. More observations and suggestions than criticisms: * almost too many electronic gizmos and controls. Took us a day to realise where the microwave was. * almost too much room in the bedrooms. The bedrooms could do with a couple of (dining-room style) chairs and bed-side tables. A couple of them are large enough to have a couple of lounge chairs to create a semi-sitting room section of the room. * sink in the second bedroom very small - hardly even a hand basin.

The space...games room, garden, location were all perfect. Would definitely recommend and we would love to return. There were 7 of us and we had loads of space. The welcome pack is a lovely touch and much appreciated.

The garage (which contains the gym equipment) really needs a good clean. Cobwebs and clutter everywhere

We had an amazing stay, luxury spacious high spec house. Awesome games room! The property was fresh, clean and lovely. Would be great for any guests staying here to treat it and look after it well, as it’s such a stunning house.
