Owners went out of their way to assist with any additional requirements that I needed

Good price, good location, communication with Host was great, and they would try fix any problem quite fast. Super comfy bed, and close to the shops and not too far from the beach and nice restuarants. It has a gas stove and TV is fully articulating, so you can watch from the bed or from the kitchen. Water gets hot super quick. Fast WiFi when it was working. Overall good studio flat for the price but just needs some small improvements.

Not enough utensils and plates and pots. We have 1 table spoon, 1 fork, 3 butter knives and 1 tea spoon, wifi was useless for 3 out of 7 days. Hot water doesnt stay hot for long. You can get maybe a 7 min shower, and show pressure isn't good. Gate stopped working multiple times but Host came to fix it immediately but did cause some inconvenience to us. Iron wasn't the best, didn't get hot properly. Only 1 out of the 3 stove plates worked. The pillow cases and bed sheets smelt clean but there were a stain or two when you flipped them. No handwash or shower gel or shampoo, but thats not a big deal. All the problems are quite fixable and if the host does make these changes, then the place will be much better.

If say the place was dirty is an understatement, that place was filthy, dusty, with spider webs, bar fridge had a disgusting black mould in it, the linen was not changed, inside the kitchen cabinets the were cockroache’s waist, dinning table not cleaned, shower filthy, the stove a mess, the kettle had some disgusting dirty things inside it, we never felt so disrespected like being given that apartment to stay in for two full nights and we paid full amount for it, ohw we found dirty used towel in the laundry basket, the complex outside is dirty the gate is always open with lots of drunk people going in and out making noise, that made us so uncomfortable and not safe, because our car was parked out where strangers had access to it and our door. Ive never in my life experienced such treatment. And i showed the host all these things I’ve mentioned above and to my disadvantage i didn’t have money to book a different place, because even if i were to cancel this booking, it was going to take Booking.com a day to refund us to book a different place, hence we endured all that bad experience 😡😡☹️
