Little Garden House

The Little garden house is a unique elegant nostalgic appartement behind a very big villa.. Lots of privacy and extremely close to the elegant Cernobbio Village. Enjoy the espresso and breakfast at Polettiwith the locals

Don’t expect a hightech modern apartment, bathroom (very clean) and shower bath don’t have a high pressure shower. If you can liv with it it’s perfect.

Location was great,very central,5 min walk to bus or Ferry statione.Lovely bakery in the main street. House is lovely,has everything what you need.Very comfortable bed.Host Eliza was perfect,very helpfull,gave as a lot of information about must to visit places.Lovely garden.Highly recommended this place.

Elisa was so lovely and very accommodating. She made sure to check in with us each day to let us know about the markets/events on in and around Cernobbio. She also helped me arrange a private car for work as I struggled to get a taxi. The house is very cute and has a lot of character. The bed was big and comfy. The garden was so lovely and spacious but we couldn’t sit outside due to the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes sadly. The location was great, in walking distance to everywhere in Cernobbio and the boat port. Elisa left us water and biscuits which was kind of her. Thank you for being so accommodating and friendly!

Unfortunately the mosquitoes are a big problem. Even with all windows and doors shut they managed to get in, just from us coming in and out the front door. We were both bitten badly. Of course, this is not Elisa’s fault, but unfortunately it dampened our stay. The wi-fi was unfortunately not good enough for my work, Elisa did offer for me to go into her house to work though. There were a couple of other things like different plug sockets to usual (did not fit our usual European adaptors but luckily there was an adaptor in the toaster we could use), bath/shower was a little awkward for us…but other than that our stay was lovely and we enjoyed it.

Little Garden House is very cozy, kind of vintage styled place, offers everything you need including a peaceful garden. Elisa is one the greatest hosts I have ever met - kind and helpful. Also has a "special green folder" with great and unique tips to enjoy and see the Como lake as much as one can.

The best stay I could have imagined. The house had everything I needed. The outdoor area was great. The host was kind and gave great recommendations.

Didn't reach expectations - did not reflect as advertised and ended up staying in nearby hotel.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. Our host, Elisa, was a considerate and extremely helpful host. The garden is wonderful too!
