Arctic River Chalet

Tot! La casa és molt bonica, si està super calento i és molt aprop de tot el que cal visitar com a turista.els amos de la casa viuen el costat i sempre estan disponibles per ajudar-te a que la Teva estada sigui genial. L'últim dia ens van oferir un sopar finès al jardí a la bora del foc!un plaer!

Everything was perfect! Location, facilities, cleanliness, hospitality.

Nothing! We had a perfect stay.

Fab location owners lit a little burner for our arrival and throughout the week which was super cute and some little lights outside. Christmas tree was provided ( thankyou ) Sledges available on the property for the children to enjoy. Lovely views even got to see the Northern lights from the beautiful large windows. Tasted some beautiful home made cakes from the owners which was really nice of them and they tasted really good. Temperature set well which ensured the chalet was cosy at all times owners also checked in to make sure we were warm enough. Owners very welcoming and helpful and easy to contact. Chalet was Clean and well maintained with cute little accessories throughout. Owners even provided toiletries to use and basics to keep everything clean and tidy which ment less stuff to take with us or even buy which was super handy. Would love to come back another time in the future.

Hosts were so hospitable. Probably one of the nicest and friendliest places we have stayed as a family. Chalet was beautiful and warm. Nothing was too much trouble. Would love to stay again.

This is my first time in Rovaniemi, Finland, and I’m captivated by the houses in front of me. The environment is beautiful and truly an ideal living space. The owner is very kind and friendly, providing us with a detailed introduction to the facilities. The house is well-equipped, and I’m very satisfied with the interior space. Additionally, the heating system is very advanced, so we don't have to worry about cold weather, and the outdoor scenery is delightful. Of course, there’s no need to worry about safety. It’s very convenient to drive from the house to the city center, taking about 10 to 15 minutes. If I have the chance, I will definitely rent again and look forward to my summer trip.

This chalet is simply a home away from home. Hosts were awesome, kind and loving. We had nearly everything for our stay and cooked our meals. Kiddo loved playing in the snow out there. As it’s a private and secluded property, we could leave kiddo playing outside in the snow and sleigh whilst watching from inside the house through the big windows. Just need to warn kiddo not to go beyond the steps to the frozen lake, where ice may be thin. Kiddo also loved the loft where she slept alone. We could catch faint traces of northern lights through our cameras at night. Unfortunately the sky was cloudy during our stay. We will definitely come back to this home stay again!

Amazing chalet that was very comfortable, modern and clean. Owners were very attentive. They were so good to the kids and added a personal touch like we were friends. The view was amazing by the lake. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very minor, would have been nice to be able to control our own temperature, instead was controlled by the owner.There was no oven, so our food choices to cook were limited. Finally, the address on Google maps takes you to the neighbours, and they complained, which is understandable but out of our control. This created stress for me, which I didn't like as you don't want to worry about things on holiday. This isn't the owners fault, it's google maps,the owners did try give instructions to avoid this, but in a foreign country context is difficult to understand, still would highly recommend here, it is an amazing place.

The surroundings are very nice and quite, the hosts are very warm-hearted, we felt like at home.

The property is very nice, we just love it!
