"Exceptional"

Lovely cottage. Had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't get to meet our hosts because we were gone each day. The stove was ready to light on our arrival and plenty of timber to burn. Fresh free-range eggs in the kitchen for us from their hens. And more were left at the door two days later. Had a problem with one of the toilets not flushing, sent a text which was replied to straight away and the problem was solved after they checked we were OK with them being in the cottage while we were out.

The only downfall for us was it was half an hour away from the venue our darts competition was being held in. Which meant one of us couldn't drink because taxis weren't willing to drive us back. The problem is the taxi service's fault, not our host's.

The cottage was so beautiful, we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. The kids enjoyed playing outside and feeding the chickens. It was so peaceful and only a short drive to lots of diffrent places
