Casa de Campo Fresno cerca de Salamanca con jardín y piscina hasta 5 personas

El jardín muy amplio

Fuimos a una boda por un familiar , reservamos para 3 adultos y 2 niños ( mi pareja , el hermano de mi pareja , mi hija 5 años , mi hijo 8 meses y yo ) hay 3 habitaciones amplias ) obviamente mis hijos dormían con sus papás, a última hora tuvimos unos familiares (una pareja) que no había reservado nada , entonces como nos sobraba una habitación , hablé con la señora del piso , ya que habíamos reservado para 5, y mis hijos no ocupaban habitación que no fuera la de los papás , dormías Estaba con telarañas por toda la casa y nos encontramos varias en las habitaciones,

Estuvimos muy tranquilas, la casa es como se ve en la fotos

No había, o por lo menos no vimos, utensilios para la barbacoa.

Lack of a scissor in the kitchen - not something i didn't like but its something you could have in there. A vacuum for the pool - again, not something i didn't like but its something you could have

This is a traditional finca, with shutters, thick walls and traditional furniture. It was very comfortable, the outside space was lovely and we had the inner courtyard to ourselves. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need. It’s location is beautiful, situated in the middle of nowhere. I didn’t meet Theresa but she was lovely and friendly, she sent me lots of information and checked up with us to make sure everything was ok, which was appreciated.

Isabel met us to deliver the keys and show us around. She was a great host! Available to anything we needed at any time! The property was big, we booked both houses. It's easy to park, it's 20min from Salamanca and it has a few nearby places to eat/visit that are really nice.

The cleanliness of the common spaces was not great, neither the swimming pool's water. We had a private cloister between the two houses that was really nice in size, but it was really dirty, full of birds' droppings. Another downside of the property is that the swimming pool area is not closed, so we had 2 big mastiffs from the neighbor always there. The dogs were really sweet, but there are well taken care of. One of them had a big wound in her claw and it was heartbreaking to watch her in pain (we did report this to Isabel that reported this to the owner of the dogs).

The person handling the check-in and check-out was very nice. It was nice and remote enough to enjoy a clear night sky. The concept of the building was quite interesting.

The property and access to it was not well maintained at all, everyday and every night we had 2 huge dogs (>45kg about the size of a mastiff to a Great Dane), the owners became unresponsive during the first night and did not offer any valid alternatives next morning. And this became our problem to deal with a small child and our own dog. Added to this were a few more issues, and a post-check-out experience like I have never had.
