It was so super cute! The bed was also incredibly comfortable, with a surprisingly great AC keeping things cozy. Also, the view was amazing, something you can't get anywhere. Overall, just an extremely pleasant experience.

There were quite a few stinkbugs, but that could be the change of season. The hot water was also really quickly used, so showers were a bit tough.

THE OWNER CARES!!! such a wonderful woman from the amenities she provides to texting and making sure all was well we had a slight hiccup with the water heater but she had someone there within an hour to resolve our issues on a Friday night at that all I can say is she by far made it the best experience for us a very friendly and generous owner. The view is amazing the pictures do not do it’s justice its pearched up on a hill overlooking mountains and a lake. the inside was so cozy and modern she even had it decorated for fall. Its nice and private you have neighbors but none really in direct view way better than the cabins where neighbors are feet from you. it was our 3 year anniversary and I proposed while the sun was setting this is the perfect spot for any man or woman to have a romantic get away 10 out of 10 a million times over P.S. she said yes

"A most enjoyable 2 night stay in a Tiny House!!"

Everything was ‘as advertised’! Our first stay in a ‘tiny house’ was very enjoyable. The house was very comfortable, clean with so many thoughtful details the host provided as far as convenience and charm. The A/C and ceiling fan kept us cool and the bathroom/shower/hot water was all in excellent working order. The location was easy to find on google maps and was a peaceful, quiet spot with a beautiful expansive view. It was also fairly convenient to Newport grocery stores and restaurants. We golfed at Smoky Mountain Country Club which is only about 20 min away and was very scenic and challenging. We ventured over to Dandridge about 25 minutes away which has a quaint downtown and also has a golf course (didn’t have time to play it) but will next time as it looked very nice. Our host was in regular communication with us to ensure our stay went well and offered excellent dining recommendations. We appreciated all of her generous hospitality!
