Lovely clean home. Spacious and modern.

Would of been good to have a front door light (sensored) as most nights we come home after dark and very little lighting at the front door. Had to use light on mobile phone. No real biggy, however front door light would be more ideal.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It had plenty of space, with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The stairs to the top bedroom are quite steep. Very clean and tidy and very well decorated. I would have no problem recommending this place and I would definitely stay here again. The communication with Abigail was great, thanks.

It's a really lovely house in a convenient location. There's an Aldi 5 minutes walk away for any supplies and also a little convenience shop at the end of the road even closer. The blue tooth speaker/radio was nice to have and relatively easy to work out how to use, much like the TV, although maybe some printed laminated instructions for operating equipment and general info for the house would have been useful as not everyone is good with tech. There's a dolce gusto coffee machine which my friend was gutted she didn't bring some pods from home as the local Aldi had sold out. (I noticed a previous review said there wasn't a coffee machine so clearly the owners listen to feedback) If the weather had been warmer, the garden looked nice and well maintained but was unfortunately too cold in December to enjoy. The house central heating was very responsive and got toasty throughout the house very quickly and was easy to control and nice in the cold, windy weather. Pretty well equipped kitchen, good dining table, All the bedrooms were lovely and good bathrooms. I stayed in the attic room with an ensuite which was great but a reasonably steep staircase to the room so anyone with old knees might not like it. The attic window kept the wind and rain at bay and also afforded a lovely view of the night sky when it cleared up. I was a bit hesitant to book because of the deposit but it was straightforward and returned after our checkout. I used a credit card. The owners were quick to respond to any queries and the instructions sent for checking in and getting the house key were easy to follow. If I was visiting Doncaster again I'd happily stay here and the local Indian take away (spice valley) was delicious.

Only minor things. One shelf in the oven so not much room if you plan on cooking for several people but we got by. No waste bins in the bedrooms. The front door was a bit stiff so had to slam it shut, but the owner said they'd look into this.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable No dishwasher

Great location short walk into the town centre. Free parking outside. Spacious, Lovely decor and has everything you need.
