Newbuild - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths,5 mins from airport

Near to transport links and comfortable

Struggle getting out for 10 the next morning but, in saying that, we weren’t hassled about it and owner very understanding.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet in close distance to the airport. The city can easily be reached by train. Very convenient parking behind the house. Keys could very easily be retrieved from a key lock. The house itself is spacious. Having two separate bathrooms was very convenient.

All furniture appears to be collected from second-hand markets and are rather shaby. The two double-beds were extremely uncomfortable. The kitchen cupboards were dirty, dishes and cutlery not properly cleaned, pans full with crease. We wanted to make a pizza but first had to clean it for 30 minutes, still it was stinking badly. Overall the place is maintained rather carelessly which does not correspond to the very high price charged per night.

Easy to find, parking available which was an added bonus, good tram links into edinburgh

Layout a bit random in the lounge/ dining room, but that's a personal choice

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. It's very comfortable, and the free parking space is a great bonus. The property is conveniently located near the South Gyles train station, which can take you to the city centre in just under 10 minutes at a very affordable price. All the amenities worked perfectly, and the property itself is spacious and spotless.

No issues

Great place. Had everything we needed. Very nice water pressure in the showers. Host was great with communications.

If you don't have a car, the walk to use public transportation is a little too far to walk with suitcases.

Convenient to tram & shops

Well Overpriced!! Beds were very uncomfortable. Furniture could definitely do with an update.

We had an excellent stay here. The house was clean, comfortable and easy to get to! The host was very helpsome and provided all details for an easy stay. Close to the airport, to the highway and to public transport!

2 separate bathrooms .. large living .. private car space .. 3 separate bedrooms .. Good quiet location.. ... host sent us information in depth of the surroundings (nus stop, shop centre, etc.)

The front bedroom mattress wasn't so comfortable.
