Dream Family Home in South Reno 4 bed 30 Min to Lake Tahoe

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. I chose this place because it was a great value and very conveniently located for my appointments. The home was very clean and comfortable and the hosts were welcoming, friendly and available for any questions. I travel to Reno regularly and will definitely choose it again.

Can’t think of a thing!

The layout of the home was great. The kitchen was stocked with silverware, dishes, coffee maker and coffee pods. There were plenty of towels available and the space was very clean and suited our needs.

The beds were not very comfortable. Other than that, we thought the home was great.

Property manager asked for a picture of me holding my ID in hands which was super weird! Also the host asked for my credit card info to hold a $500 security deposit. I expected Booking.com to take care of this part.

Please refund my money! They wouldn’t refund my money after notifying me the heater wasn’t working at 20 degrees outside. Booking.com should ensure my money is returned but they aren’t doing it

No working central heating. And refused to refund my money. Don’t trust them and don’t trust Booking either

The location was perfect for this trip to a wedding in a nearby home. The property was fine. If the furniture was upgraded it would not look like a party house and it would have the highest ratings.

Low budget furniture. It looked like two beds were divided between 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with a mattress on the floor, the boxspring in another bedroom with a thin foam layer on top. The beds were very low. The sheets in one bedroom room needed washed. The dining room table collapsed when we set a small bag on it, making the dining room useless. Fortunately, no one was sitting at the table at the time. The cheaply made small portable breakfast bar had 4 stools, and they were various degrees of wobbly. The hall table lamp was new, not plugged in, and there was no lightbulb. The cheaply made couch and chair were not comfortable. The home was sparsly furnished but had big potential. It looked and smelled clean, and the yard was well maintained. We appreciated that it did not have a heavy room-spray smell. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We would have slept well if the beds had been comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for our use. The weather was perfect to sit at the outside table. We used its chairs inside to be comfortable. It was very expensive for the quality of the furnishings. It looked like a party house. It even had an icechest full of ice in the garage and trash piled outside the garage sidedoor. We never found the remote garage door opener, so the garage was another wasteful expense. It is easier for a handicapped person to get out of the car in the level garage.

Initially requested the deposit on Venmo, sent, then was told venmo was not available and had to rearrange and use another form of payment

Location was great, nice house the staff took care of the wifi issues we had right away

Furnishings are very minimal, the towels need replaced, not enough seating, it is advertised as a 3 bath but it is only 2 and a half, not enough silverware.

Very nice home, quiet neighborhood.

Not enough sitting. The kitchen area could have used some stools for the counter. Lots of debris/trash in garage and side of home. Some darkening curtains in the bedrooms would be nice.

I really like the house cause it was really big, and they have nice rooms, bathrooms and it’s really good for a family vacation days 💕 the house has everything, heater, ac, etc. The internet was fast.

I think there were just little things that I didn’t like it. Like the Watering shower was low pressure and I had some issues finding the garage controls and the main door smart key wasn’t working properly.
