"Great stay for a few days in Underberg"

The hosted texted us the day before arrival to let us know someone would meet us at the property. When we arrived, we were greeted by the groundkeeper who explained the house to us and handed over the keys. The house matched the description and has all the necessary amenities for a nice stay. The garden around the cottage is beautiful and one can easily enjoy a day there. We were only 2, but the house van easily accommodate more people. The groundkeeper , Wonderful, was very helpful and even offered to wash our car. We stayed 2 nights so we could visit the local vulture hide which is only 30 minutes away. We enjoyed this cottage

As mentioned to the owner, it would be great to have Wifi at the cottage. There is TV but as tourists we don't care for that, yet an internet connection would be great to be able to connect with family and friends. It was announced at the booking that there was no wifi, we just missed that part. So it was our mistake.

"A beautiful, spacious cottage, in quiet area, with warm welcome."

The friendly caretaker Wonderful met us on arrival, opened up , showed us around, offered any assistance. He even put roses in the room as a welcome. The 'cottage' is very spacious, neat and very well equipped. Views towards the Drakensberg from a sunny patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay, and especially the fireplace in the lounge. Unexpected bonus was the garage where we could park the car, made packing in the morning easy. Everything was spotless and super comfortable beds.

We were made to feel welcome even before we arrived, and Wonderful was available at any time for any request. We appreciated the entire feel of the cottage. We especially appreciated the electric blankets, which kept us warm when the temperature turned to below freezing. As the weather was icy, we also appreciated that there was a closed garage for the car.

There is really nothing that could have been better. Everything was beyond expectations, simply wonderful. The fireplace created a wonderful atmosphere.
