"Spacious, well equipped house with great garden"

So spacious and comfortable. The two double rooms were huge, with one en suite. Easily fit two cars on the drive. At a push could have got four small cars on. Plus some parking outside. Kitchen is so well equipped and appliances easy to use. Normally I have nightmares about cooking in a kitchen on holiday but it was a dream. I messaged a couple of days prior to get the exact address and got a morrisons delivery on the evening of our arrival. Gardens were beautiful with three separate seating areas. Just make sure the drive gates are closed if you have a dog. Good WiFi connection and selection of channels to watch in the front room and in both double rooms. The Rock Inn Pub was a five minute walk serving delicious food (the steak and ale pie melted in your mouth) and in the same row a small co-op, deli, butchers and pharmacy. Great access to the moors (turn right) and easy drive to Tavistock and Plymouth (turn left). Lidl, Tesco and Morrisons with petrol garage 10 min drive towards Tavistock. A welcome hamper of tea, coffee, scones, jam and clotted cream and a treat for the dog was a nice touch. Bowls and bed for the dog supplied too. Einstein loved the doggy bed. Would not hesitate to book again.

Bathroom well equipped with a bath and a shower with a seat but the shower pressure and hot water temperature weren't great. No need to use cold.

Location perfect for our stay. Felt like home from home. Loved the piano. Perfect kitchen for our specific needs. So pleased hosts were wonderfully accommodating. Lovely personal touches. Exactly as shown in photos.

May benefit from a little updating at some point, but perhaps furnishings add to its charm.
