Lovely house with fantastic views from the back garden.

The gardens need finishing to make this place a perfect 10. Wouldn't take much, just get rid of timber at rear and put new gravel/stones down.

Amazing views, perfect for hotub. Lovely bedrooms & bathroom too. Great location for walks and perfect cosy pub 30 seconds down the road. Great helpful host too.

The view is beautiful and I love the house decor. This was a second return to the property. The host is a lovely woman.

The check in experience was rushed and last minute. The host rang me when I was on my way to the property but I couldn’t answer as had to concentrate on where I was going. This panicked me a bit and then I couldn’t get back hold of her and didn’t know whether it was ok to check in and this led to a delay. When we finally spoke the instructions around various issues were explained and understood, however as the evening went on the hot tub temperature wasn’t up to standard I didn’t think too much of it until the next morning when the hot tub was Luke warm and couldn’t be used which was very disappointing and a big part of our stay. There was another small issue too which I raised. The host offered to reimburse me some of the money which was a nice but seemingly empty gesture as it’s not happened. Overall I’m quite disappointed after having such a good experience during my first stay there.

Wasn't ideal garden been renovated hot tub no cover over it was raining so couldn't use that facility which was one of the main things I booked for

The property is very cute with a lot of character to it with an amazing view and was a great location for a wedding nearby. Chrissy is absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating!

It’s hard to explain but sadly the property didn’t feel like a holiday cottage, but more someone’s home we were just stopping in. The mismatched utensils, kitchen and bathroom felt very used and could do with some TLC, and for how small the house is, it just didn’t feel worth the money we’d paid. I can’t stress how great Chrissy is though, the house just didn’t meet expectations 😪

Amazing stay, would absolutely stay again and would definitely recommend to others! The house was clean and had everything you needed! The host was so lovely and helpful, couldn’t recommend more.

Gorgeous cottage and great communication from the owner. Perfect location if you are going to an wedding/event at the Fleece inn. The interior was immaculate and welcoming.

Was very cold at night once the heating had gone off and unfortunately the open fire wasn’t in use.

Such a amazing location, lovely pub down the street. Really recommended for a night away :)
