The Coach House Annexe

Had a lovely view overlooking the countryside and fields and only a few minutes drive into Barnstaple for shops, restaurants etc. The property was immaculate and landlords were lovely. Made us feel very welcome and couldn’t do enough for us.

Loved everything about the property.

Lots of attention to detail i.e. heated flooring in the bathroom and foot level lights that automatically come on when walking in the dark. Really clean and welcoming with a great welcome pack of essentials to get you started. Great space, great views and all mod cons. Great hosts! Will definitely be back! Thanks Ann 😁

Nothing not to like.

The Annexe was beautiful - very well-equipped and excellent attention to detail. Ann was a fabulous host and we really appreciated the extra little touches. We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

It was so clean and cosy. We were also supplied with some basic food, milk, eggs, tea, and sugar. Which we thought was so nice as meant we didn't have to rush around to try to shop and could have a cuppa as soon as we got there. Honestly, everything was so lovely, had everything we needed, and was such a great location. Made us very relaxed and feel at home.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, we are hoping to go again.

Charming accommodation with a lovely balcony and view from the upstairs living room. The annexe was exceptionally well appointed with all the kitchen equipment etc you could hope for. The property was also beautifully clean and there were many attractive touches around the place. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real treat. Our hosts Ann and Phil were very approachable and helpful with advice, hints and tips about the local area. I would definitely return if we visited the area again. Thank you Ann and Phil!!!

Nice quiet location in a small village. The annex has been thought through so well by the owners, everything needed for a perfect stay. Nice to have some basic food items provided, always good to have a cuppa on arrival. The owners live on sight and provided useful local information.

The annexe was well appointed, warm and comfortable with many more little touches than we had expected e.g. eggs, milk, butter and cereal, underfloor heating and excellent lighting. Anne was a conscientious, friendly and attentive host and gave us many sightseeing tips. The location is ideal for North Devon, Exmoor, Ilfracombe, Great Torrington and nearby attractive locations. The outlook from the lounge balcony is stunning, quintessential Devon countryside. Supermarkets less than 4 miles away and pub just down the road.
