We didn’t have any issues at all. It was really comfortable and well equipped… there was actually more than we needed.

The only “negative” thing I have to say is that while there is parking for 2 small cars, if you’re travelling in anything bigger then two cars in the space is doable but EXTREMELY tight. But it is a minor quibble… everything else is excellent.

Location and parking.

The kitchen and fridge were dirty, left over food bits in the salad draw of the fridge and a few hairs and the seal of the fridge was very dirty. Greasy cupboards and the grill pan had left over food stuck to it. Only one bathroom/toilet for 7 guests Only 4 chairs around the dining table.

"The perfect house for a Harrogate weekend!"

The house was perfect for a weekend away with friends. The lounge / dinning room was homely. The kitchen had everything (and more) we needed and we all had lovely, comfy bedrooms. The location is amazing, very central with Bettys just across the road. We will definitely book again!

Property couldn’t be better placed, excellent location 2min walk and you have all the restaurants/bars, 5 mins to bus station. Really cozy and had everything you could need. Definitely a home from home. Kathy left us a welcome card and gift which was such a lovely gesture. The shower was great and always hot water even with 5 adults using. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need if you were eating in. We ate out all the time so only used the kettle 😀. Would highly recommend, infact if Kathy will allow us we are going to look to book next year.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.
