Betsey Trotwood. Historic stylish 2-bed cottage.

Facilities, decor, location... everything was top notch (the gym was a lovely bonus too) 🙂

No real issue, but the bathroom extractor fan didn't appear to be working (though the isolator switch was switched on), so we simply opened the skylight when showering

Great history and possible/likely link to Charles Dickens! It's a fabulous location on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders. Lovely welcome basket of goodies left for us, together with a folder full of really helpful information about where to go. Our hosts also gave some great tips for eating out on our visit to Aldeburgh.......have the dressed crab at The Regatta! Thank you Mick and Michaela!

There was nothing wrong with our stay.

Decoration and furnishings were lovely. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Amazing location, walking distance from village and local amenities. Short drive to beach’s, towns and attractions

The cobwebs! Not a fan of spiders. The back door wasn’t easy to close & lock.

Lovely location in a courtyard opposite main house. Private & secure with electric gate to road so safe for children and dogs. Small private patio with barbecue, enormous well-planned kitchen, good big shower.

Liked everything.

Everything you would want from a holiday rental. We had a lovely week here with our greyhound. We have been holidaying like this for over 20 years and this is in the top 5% of places we have stayed.

Clean, comfortable, decor. Amazing location and history of the property. Very dog friendly. Location was so relaxing. Close to the sea.

We absolutely loved it here. We came for a “switch off from work” weekend with our two dogs. It was perfect.
