Came Here to Forget Cabin

This is our second year in a row staying at Came Here To Forget. We hope for a third, fourth, fifth, etc. It is perfect for two families with kids or just one family. Always clean, all amenities that you could possibly need, comfy beds, and great location to everything. Great property management. It just feels like home.

The only complaint is the dirt road and the dust that comes with it. It rained the first two days, so the dust wasn’t an issue. Once the roads dried and stayed dried, every car that drives down the road kicks up a ton of dust that settles on everything outside. Very minor complaint and out of the property owners control for sure.

Everything was perfect

Beautiful home. Owner went out of their way by providing snacks and fully stocked kitchen.

Hot tub didn’t fully function. Home is located on a gravel road, and with constant traffic, it was very dusty.

Everything was great, family loved it. We’ll be back.

A lot of dust but that couldn’t be helped with as dry as it had been.
