A stunning house and location

Spacious, warm, modern with a well stocked kitchen, great pool table and powerful hot tub

Lighting in the living room is quite bright white with only 1 side lamp.

Amazing house, perfect for our group size! You can see Snowdon out the front door, there's a lake just next to it which is nice for a walk. Amazing kitchen with everything you need to make a feast! A hot tub as well! Perfect for a countryside getaway!

The whole stay was enjoyable, the layout of the house was fantastic. Hot tub was great, pool table, big kitchen/diner area, parking space, all great.

Nothing really not to like, but a few places for improvement maybe? 1. Hand shower holder in a few bathrooms either broken or missing, but rainfall shower available. 2. Kitchen hob, the 2 left side hot plates not working, but the other 4 working. Not a major inconvenience, just initially confusing when they didn't work. 3. Maybe a short instruction sheet on how to use the hob, with particular emphasis that they only work with induction hob pots and pans which you supplied - we had one pan with food from home, and initially couldn't work out why the hob wasn't working 🤔 😀 4. Outside lights in hot tub area didn't work, we did not know where the switch was 5. We would have liked to clean out the hot tub to leave it as we found it, but we're not sure how to drain and refill it, or even if we were supposed to, so either a short instruction either way would have been beneficial. Otherwise there are always things to moan about, but your house Arlyn was brilliant and well enjoyed by the family, thank you.

The hamper was incredible! Thank you for this!! The property was absolutely spotless. The kitchen was brilliant. The wifi worked well.. the views and access to all of the local area was superb. Great house and easy to contact hosts!

The hot tub didn’t warm up in time on the Friday. It got to temperature finally around 10.30pm by which point it was too late to use it. We used it the following day though which we all enjoyed. Contact was made to the hosts who were approachable and endeavoured to help but I think it needed switching on sooner to warm up in time!
