The house itself is ok, but the pics don't show that the neighsbors are very closeby

There's a lot of construction going on around the house, internet connection is very bad and there are a lot of neighsbors (really) closeby that you do't see in the current pics. We got offered a discount since we couldn't use parts of the house, but haven't received the money back 3 months later. We've inquired many times, but the owners don't keep their promise unfortunately and Booking also isn't making any effort to get it resolved

- lovely pool and outdoor dining areas - large bedrooms and bathrooms - air con was good - felt secure

- internet very bad - master bathroom drains smelt like sewage/sulphuric - housekeeper lives on property (wasn’t aware) - not very clean, especially the kitchen and floors (expected a lot more for the price we paid) - no basics like coffee, tea, oil, body wash etc provided - shower heads in bathrooms broken so had to hold the shower head at all times
