A cleaner cooker. Better reception on the tv. A tidy garden needed cutting. Better chairs to sit on, was given new table when we were there.

Great location, near the centre. Very comfortable property. We came with 2 cars, parked one in the back yard and the other in the carpark which we had prearranged. There's one bath/shower room plus a downstairs loo, which was a bonus. All in all, a great property which we would happily book again.

Easy to pick up keys. Instructions to get there very clear. Lovely house in the centre of Canterbury. Easy to walk to everything which was great especially as one member of the party has mobility issues. Great bonus that parking organised for us.

Very minor issues & wouldn’t stop us staying there again or recommending the house but the following could further improve the stay - Lighting in sitting room not great. A dimmer switch would have been nice and a standard lamp added for reading. Sofa very comfortable but it would have been good to have another comfy chair. Coffee machine seems damaged & difficult to operate & although we warned there was not a dish washer it would have been a great addition. Mattress in room at front of house a bit lumpy. These are all minor comments/suggestions. Overall it was a great stay and we would recommend the house.
