The MAJOR drawback is that the property presented itself on Booking.com as having 3 bathrooms in several places on the website. This was a serious misrepresentation of the property. It only had two bathrooms! Otherwise, the property was very tastefully decorated, and except for somewhat inadequate lighting in the kitchen, met or exceeded our expectations.

We loved how clean and accommodating the rental was. It was stocked with everything you would need. Great bedding, bathroom towels, kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. GREAT communication from the Hosts before and during the stay. Rental was safe. We loved the location to be able to access everything from Glenwood Springs to Aspen and everything in between.

We liked everything. No complaints during this stay.

Wifi signal was strong with good speed. Shower water maintained temperature. Neighborhood seemed quiet at night. Beds were comfortable.

Bathrooms are small.

The location is excellent and within walking distance of various dining options and a grocery store. The backyard is idyllic and beautiful.

Rates all over town were hiked up for the high school mountain biking state championships. Unfortunately, this was no exception and it’s hard as these are families attending a kids’ race, not corporate guests charging a corporate card.

This is a beautiful place to stay . It had everything you could need .the renters was so sweet.
