The Prio Signature Condo Chiangmai

I liked nothing

This condo doesn't allow short stays of a month or less. You aren't booking through them, instead it's a private host who provided a fake number and will ignore your messages. The staff will refuse to scan your face so you can access the elevators to your room. Every time you enter you will need to ask the staff to scan there face. Eventually the staff refuse and said I shouldn't be here on a short stay. I contacted booking.com and luckily they refunded me. Do not book through this host!!!!!!

Perfect for solo traveler has everything you need! Parking, mall close by, close to Muay Thai gyms, tidy cute apartment. Good wash room , washing machines / dryers very cheap and easy to use. Good gym & pool too! Bonus it’s 2 min walk to 7/11. Security is lovely too! Felt very safe here :)

Location was good. Great amenities in the building. Nice big bed and wardrobe.

The washing machine looks to have been broken for a long time as the water that couldn't drain was going green and the owner wasn't helpful at all trying to fix it and ignored my request. Disappointing as I booked this over others as it did have a washing machine. No where to throw out your garbage in the building. The couch is so tiny and therefore redundant

El gimnasio y la piscina

From the beginning at reception they did not help me to check in, after a long time of communication attempts they gave me the card for my apartment but they did not explain how it works or anything and when I asked the receptionist they sent me to the garage to a sub office and they had no idea and they sent me back to the reception where already angry after 25 minutes going around the receptionist finally came out to explain a little how it worked. When I checked out I asked the guy who was the receptionist if he could leave my backpack for just a couple of hours to spend some time in the center and he denied me laughing when there were two backpacks and two suitcases standing there. For what you pay the customer service is horrible

The owner has a great service mind. I ask him/her to take care of my (selfish last minute) request to prepare a surprise for my gf birthday and he/she magically prepare it and it looks wonderful
