Luxury Town House in the Heart of the Old City

Great location spacious apartment and a nice introduction by the host.

It was not clean. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom very clearly not cleaned properly with crumbs all around. There was already a dead cockroach under the table when we arrived. The bathrooms need some minor work (lower one smelled a lot from the pipes and upper one needs joint sealing as well as a toilet brush holder…). Relatively easy to remedy, so with a bit more care this is a really good option to stay.

Thank you so much Charles for making our stay in Chiang Mai so magical. We only stayed for 3 days but felt like we could have stayed a week at least. You were so knowledgeable and friendly, it felt like coming to stay with an old friend. There were endless recommendations and before we came to Thailand, Charles contacted us with a very detailed possible itinerary. He took all the worries about planning out of our hands and sorted an incredibly action-packed trip for us. He hooked us up with Tom - well where can I start when talking about Tom! Tom is an ex-monk who took us on two incredible tours of temples and taught us so much. He was so friendly and accommodating and took things at our pace. Charles also booked us an elephant four which was breathtaking. We loved it so much and will certainly be recommending to family and friends, if not returning ourselves.

It’s hard to find anything to complain about. There was no window in the bathroom if that’s important to you. Otherwise it’s pretty much perfect - one minute from a 7/11, in the old town, huge comfy beds, air con, all the gadgets you could dream of in the kitchen, good TV with great selection of movies and other shows including cooking shows with Thailand recommendations.

The location of Luxury Town House is perfect, very easy to reach most of the popular tourist attractions in the old city.

The house is in an small ally so it is lack of natural lighting.

This place was very nice, spacious, and quiet. Great location in Old Town.
