Very central location. The accommodation was very comfortable and with lots of thoughtful touches and treats. We also loved the art works dotted around.

Rachel was absolutely amazing. Could not have done more for us if she tried and we are truly thankful. We curled up in front of the fire reading our books which is just what we needed. Location was central with parking so easy to get to the cathedral and restaurants. Highly highly recommended and we will definitely be back in the summer.

Loved it all

The property is situated right in the heart of Chichester, so it's a very convenient location. If you're driving, there's a car parking slot just outside the front door. The hostess makes an extra effort in providing fresh flowers, bread, cakes etc. on your arrival. The bed is comfortable, the wifi is good, the kitchen has all the utensils you might need and, generally, the cottage is very pleasant for a short stay.

Staying there during a colder time of the year - and coming from a new house with ultra-modern insulation - this cottage can feel a little bit chilly, though the wood-burner fire helps to alleviate this issue.

Everything, it was traditional and luxurious, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

The property would not be suitable if you had a problem with stairs. We just had a problem getting the luggage up the stairs.

This place is exceptional. It is very comfortable, easy to use and brilliantly located (central but in a quiet street). Everything has been designed thoughtfully and with the guest in mind. The bed was super comfortable, it had a good shower and the kitchen was well equipped. Provisions were provided (welcome cakes/pastries/milk/fresh flowers/logs for the wood burning stove etc). It was great to have the car immediately outside the door and behind a locked gate. We stayed over Christmas and the house had been decorated to a tasteful standard, both downstairs and upstairs. Rachel's communication was outstanding: she contacted us regularly to check we were OK and even texted us on Christmas Day: above and beyond the call of duty! I am looking for a reason to go back to Chichester just so I can stay there again!
