"Clean and well presented"

Very nicely presented and clean house close to Chichester city centre. The car park is just behind the house and costs £7.90 for 24 hours which you can sort out via the MiPermit app. The towels were fluffy and there were toiletries provided. We had plenty of storage space for our clothes etc and Jane was quick to respond if we had a query. Would definitely recommend this place.

Couldn't get any of the TV apps to work (iPlayer etc) but did manage a German version of Netflix?!

"Great place and thoroughly recommend it."

Very well appointed house with everything you need in it to live there bar food. It was the perfect location for us in that part of the city and easily walkable to the train and bus stations and city centre.

We obviously managed but the lockbox is a little difficult to open, especially if it is dark. We have noticed the same lockboxes and difficulty in other properties also. That is the only minus, otherwise it was perfect.

Could do with sone more glassware. Only one towel per b/room (2 rooms 3 people)

"Great location for Chichester town centre and cathedral"

Jane was an amazing host, from letting us reschedule our holiday (because of train strikes) to offering help with extra towels etc for the beach trip! We will definitely be back - great location in terms of being close to the cathedral, town centre. Also, fresh flowers were popped in the property too - its the little things that make it extra special - thanks again Jane, we will be back

Location

Whole property and furnishings/equipment require a thorough clean and update due to stained carpets rugs bedding and furniture. Some fixtures and fittings require attention ie loose basin taps. Kitchen equipment and utensils glassware etc need to be updated. Garden was unusable.
