Cozy and quiet. Surrounded by nature. Great facilities as well!

Not much really. Just be aware of the bus times if you’re using public transportation and buy some foods to heat or cook as well because it’s far from the city centre. However, there’s a local pub who serves delicious foods so that can be taken care of.

Eggs, milk, bread and cookies were left for us on arrival. From that base we self-catered. The hostess and her famer husband were very agreeable and chatted at lench.

I stayed at Cromhall Farm as I was working in the local area and I can confirm that it is a great property that definitely feels like a home away from home. The breakfast pieces were a welcome delight and ensured it was easy to settle in for my weeks stay.

The free Wi-Fi speed could be a little bit faster however I suspect the remoteness of the property may restrict what can be done.

Gorgeous cottage in stunning location. The hosts had such attention to detail and really thought of everything to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Lovely touch to leave a welcome breakfast basket for our arrival, even offered later check out for us so we could visit a local pub for Sunday lunch before leaving. Would love to return and will be recommending to friends and family.

Just the perfect little cottage style home for a weekend away. Property and location exceeded all of our expectations. Plenty of space, very clean and had everything you may need! Excellent location, only a 20-minute drive to a park and ride into Bath which was ideal. Catherine the owner was lovely, so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed - even some after sun for sun burn (not a normal request I am sure!!). We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Quite a narrow lane to the house, not a bad thing but just something to be aware of if you are a nervous driver like me!

Quite a remote, hidden rural location on an arable farm which suited us. Easy travel to Salisbury and Bath (the purpose of our visit) and to other towns in the area. Comfortable, two double bedroom (both ensuite) barn conversion with lounge/diner/kitchen between the two. Pleasant views from the property, plenty of parking and helpful, friendly host a short walk away. Eggs and milk provided on arrival. Dishwasher, TV with catch-up, Netflix, YouTube, etc. Kitchen reasonably well-equipped for self-catering. Any issues with property rectified immediately. Small, friendly dog appeared from time to time.

Lounge area might have benefitted from an extra armchair - no doubt someone would then say it was cluttered. Some TV reception delayed by buffering but probably not the host's fault. We chose neither to eat out nor shop locally but choice and hours would probably be limited - nevertheless, Chippenham only five miles away should suit most requirements.

Lovely and spacious cottage immersed in nature. The peaceful surroundings and the comfortable bed provided great sleep and rest. Perfect place for a getaway or vacation. The host is wonderful and welcoming.
