We absolutely loved our stay at Greenwood Grange. It was even more beautiful in real life. Hosts great, location stunning and facilities just fantastic. A perfect stay for our family get together. We would love to come again!

This was out second time spending Christmas at Greenwood Grange and we had a fantastic time. The accommodation was perfect, warm comfortable and spacious. We stayed in coomb barton this year which was beautiful and decorated with a gorgeous christmas tree and wreath on the door. With 3 bathrooms, 3 showers and 2 baths we were spoilt for choice. I highly recommend the huge bath upstairs. The staff are fantastic. Jackie greeted us with open arms and is the one of the happiest and nicest people you will ever meet, she clearly loves her job and nothing is too much trouble. The location is also great being a short drive into dorchester or weymouth. You also have the forest on your doorstep with great walks taking in thomas hardy cottage and into Puddletown woods. You could walk for miles with plenty of wildlife to spot including wild ponies. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful location, accommodation had everything you could possibly need. Communication was excellent before arrival and hosts were friendly and helpful.Spotlessly clean accommodation.

Coombe Barton cottage was a lovely stay. We came to celebrate my boyfriends 30th and ithad everything we needed and more. Jackie greeted us and was very warm and friendly. The hot tub was lovely and a member of staff checked it over everyday which is a nice touch. The kitchen came with lots of essentials like milk, dishwasher tablets etc and you can get more if needed. Having fresh hen eggs is ideal for 30p each , the money goes to charity and my niece loved seeing the chickens. Short drive to shops and lovely walks nearby. Would definitely come back.

Only downside is I thought I had booked a dog friendly cottage but the one we are staying in wasn’t sadly so our pup couldn’t come. They did offer us two smaller cottages instead but wooden have worked for us. More an issue with the filters on booking.com rather than greenwood grange as it is very clear on their own website so would recommend double checking :)

Everything, the cottage was amazing, very clean and had everything we needed, the hot tub was checked and cleaned regularly and Jackie the manager was absolutely amazing and so welcoming, our dogs also loved her! Will definitely recommend coming here to anyone looking to book!
