Everything. I usually don't give 10/10. This one really deserves it. Such a cosy property and even thought about the small things like bread, cereal etc… Sandra is an amazing host even giving travel tips in Inverness. One of the best I have stayed.

"Comfortable stay, just outside of Inverness."

Gas appliances appear to be a bit worn, especially heater in the lounge, I was a little concerned about gas safety in the caravan.

Very basic trailer including basic Equip. , but clean. nice location to visit the area (Inverness),

The lady was present at our arrival to show the trailer (Caravan) but never came back to verify if all was OK. The Breakfast was included as per Booking.com BUT: it was NOT, only cereal, milk was in the kitchen area. to me this is NOT a breakfast ! Also the lady never came back for our departure. This is a serious miss. If you want customers to enjoy and provide ref. or even come back ---- YOU NEED TO BE PRESENT AND SHOW YOU CARE ! ---
