Stunning Seafront House with garden and private parking

Loved the whole cottage. A great location. The modest most attentive host and the gardens are just magnificent

Carpets need a solid clean. Could not find a bed that did not squeak and the furniture in living room is extremely overused and beaten. We had to take turns in the one comfortable chair. The rest of the house is superb and the sunroom and back yard just perfect

Very nicely maintained , good location , nice garden , ample number of rooms , towels, toiletries etc all available .

The living room was quite cold in the evenings and at night , without the ability to adjust the temperature.

The property had everything we needed for our very short last minute break at Eastbourne. As the property was well equipped, it created that ideal cosy and homely feel. The host was helpful, responsive and easily contactable. The location is in a quiet but convenient area easily reacable to all the key landmarks. As Londoners, we appreciated the quietness and serenity and the breeze of the sea :-)

This is a very well maintained property with an amazing ambiance ! It has a great garden which is really well kept.The parking is very handy too.

Location, parking, facilities. Home from home. Beautifully decorated. Excellent accomodation. Well thought out and everything we needed for a very comfortable few days/week with a nice big fridge/freezer/tv channels.

We have a super king size bed at home. Double beds and bunks were available. We managed with one of the doubles but would have preferred an overall bigger quilt. Next time we would take our own duvet.

Comfortable well equipped house with good parking at rear. Short walk to seafront. Good cooking facilities. 15 minute walk to supermarkets.

Heating not on when we arrived but fixed very quickly. Main shower not working but fixed very quickly. Owners got 10/10 for resolving problems we told them about..... previous guests got 0/10 for informing the owners!
