Location - charming. V clean. V comfortable beds and everything you might need in kitchen. Overall, layout and finish of a v good order.

Instructions to locate the property not precise. It took some time to locate as the Post code sat nav details misled one. No details about passing under road bridge which would have made locating property somewhat less hassle. Imprecise instructions about where to park and name of cottage did not match name above door. No hand rail on stairs. Insufficient details or signage about how to operate the shower and lighting in WC.

The location was perfect, not difficult to find. Very clean and tidy facility, sufficient size and comfort. Lovely to have some milk on arrival so we could have a cuppa. The kitchen had everything you would need. Bedrooms we very nicely done. It was warm inside but not too hot. Hot water was perfect. Out hosts were excellent.

Like a few other reviews, a hand rail on the stairs, my mother is 84 and struggled without one. Plus a little bin in the bathroom would have helped too.

We liked everything about the cottage. The location was fantastic, private parking, private setting, beautiful cottage.

Lovely country location, good facilities and a comfortable cottage. Easy access to nearby towns and coastline. It’s a beautiful part of the world. Good communication on location and access.

There was nothing we did not like. The country lanes can be confronting for driving at first but become ‘old hat’ after a day or so. They then add to the overall charm.

Lovely property with everything you need for a great stay. Decor was modern with lovely rooms and very clean. We appreciated the extra touches like the complimentary tea, coffee, milk, chocolates and wine. Hosts were very nice and helpful. A great stay and would definitely recommend and come back again.

Not being from the area the tight roads took a little getting used to but nevertheless lead us to a lovely, peaceful area!

Main criteria, comfortable beds & good shower! Beds brilliant,shower manageable. Very nicely designed interior with ample wardrobe space & good kitchen & comfortable seating area.

The exterior needs painting & the courtyard, a massive tidy up. Shabby static mobile home & multiple long term lets spoil the holiday lets. TV should be simpler!

Only internet tv - particularly as we wanted to watch the Coronation Drive was difficult to negotiate- esp in the dark More could be made of the courtyard as a seating area.

no mirror in small room and light coming in as outside lights on but would t stop me staying - could try blackout blind
