"Staycation in south wales"

Property is by the river. For us, it was ok, but noise sensitive people won't enjoy it during the night. Table football greatly entertained us. Clean rooms and tidy kitchen. The location is great for sightseeing and walking.

Well, it was 12C ice cold in the house when we arrived. It took a couple of hours to warm up. We wish it was set to 21 or 22C beforehand. Property does not look like pictures. No garden. Extra fee for your pet. No private car park (off street was ok, though). There is no isolation on the windows, which gets cold very easily. The projection TV was very high that we got neck pain after 5 mins. All beds are single.

Basic, comfortable accommodation. Went as a base for mountain biking in the area. Perfect location for Afan Forest. Had some problems with projector etc at first, but Tim got it all sorted quickly. 👍

Was a bit out of the way for Bike Park Wales (just over 1hr drive). Cinema style screen and projector was too fiddly to use, and the image quality not very good. Large flatscreen TV would make more sense.

Loved the river behind the house! So relaxing. Re kitchen was so lovely and the house very pleasant to be in. The neighbours were also very friendly

House felt a bit damp on arrival so was able to pop some heating on and that really helped.

Wonderful location and the huge house, love the interior and the amenities

Heating never turned on no matter how many times I tried, which was uncomfortable since the house is big and it got really cold.

The view of the hills and river directly behind the property. The house had a cool one of a kind vibe with its quirky addition such as fuzzball table board games cinema screen
