Good location for Animal Kingdom. Clean. Nice community pool.

The sofa bed listed was a small, one person (5’0” or shorter) rather than an assumed standard size sofa bed. This made it difficult for one of our adults to sleep. There wasn’t a coffee pot but the owner quickly remedied this by purchasing one for local pickup. Also, for our 5 day stay we had to purchase trash bags, toilet paper, soap, laundry soap, dish soap, and dishwasher soap as only a one day supply was provided.

Nothing to dislike

It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a 9 night stay. With a fully kitted out kitchen we enjoyed eating here after long park days and exploring. The pool area is lovely with a hot hot tub which we enjoyed a couple of times. - weather dropped to freezing sadly so couldn’t enjoy more. Location is fantastic for Disney World, good restaurants nearby. Beds were super comfy and big. Very peaceful area. Lots of wardrobe space. Washing machine and tumble dryer were huge so we were able to do washes every day and get clothes dryer within a couple of hours. Having a coffee machine is always appreciated 😊 and an outside space to enjoy a coffee on a warmer morning. You would need a car to stay here. 7 year old daughter loved the house which is always a good sign. Margaret is a fantastic host - easy check in and check out details provided and was very responsive, accommodating a later check out needed last minute. Recommend and would stay again!

Only downside was how long it takes to get to Universal Studios but that is our fault for not appreciating the traffic conditions and checking.

The location was really good for Disney parks. The host was really good, she responded to questions quickly. The facilities were good and the pool was lovely.

Location to Disney was great! Especially with children in the car, made journeys after the park much better… Amenities- everything you need! The washing machine will save me loads of time back home! Margaret is a lovely, caring host! She made sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. Villa is spacious and safe! Great WiFi and everything we needed for a relaxing trip with children.

Can’t say I can fault anything…

The location was great to reach the Orlando attractions, supermarkets and restaturants (by car) easily. All facilities worked very well no issues. The space was great for a family of 4. TVs in all rooms.

Its a nice and compact villa with all the required facilities. The owner was very nice and helpful.

May be the power sockets can be changed as some of them were too old and loose to hold the plugs.
