"Filthy and unkept."

The water park and shows.

Upon arrival ,a holey trash bag melted on trash can, Roaches, debris in pool bottom and on the .I told them on day 1filthy deck, busted screens, no air condition in the game room, mold in bathroom with noisy toilets, kitchen floor filthy, large boxes in foyer we had lift up to get in the front door, limited cooking utensils,bags of trash behind the curtain, filthy shower curtain I told them on day 1 they didn't address until day 9. There is much more too much to text.No air condition in the game room. Broken pool sticks. I should get a refund! And I am very skeptical about booking with booking.com. I don't like the policy and procedures.
