"Exceptional"

Amazing location, close to the dunes, 10 min walk to playa del ingles and wonderful lush greenery to cool off in the shade on very hot days. Great staff, bungalow very nice and clean and very quiet at night for a restful sleep.

"Hotel on dunes without AC"

Nice territory with pool and grass. Free parking on the street nearby. Beautiful view to the dunes. Supermarket nearby, What's interesting - it was the first hotel in the area.

As mentioned in other reviews - no AC and in summer period it's rather uncomfortable. Also I don't like location in general - I expect it should be closer to the beach, but it was more than 1km to walk through the dunes. Long walk to Jumbo center - closest shopping center looks like swingers location, but have some nice restaurants though

No A/C (which is not a problem in November but might be in summer time

Location, acces, enough space inside bungalow, equipment of kitchen.

Wi-Fi, beds (but they are almost the same all over this type of accom = standard quality there)

Very beautiful resort! Top location, just need to the sand dune. Big apartment with a separated bedroom from the living room. Fully furnished!

Just be aware about the sandy wind because the location is next to the sand dune.
