"Perfekte Unterkunft um die Cinque Terre zu erkunden"

Gianni ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit Hilfsbereit egal bei welchen Problem. Das Appartement ist super gelegen und eignet sich perfekt zum Besuch der Cinque Terre. Alles was man braucht und super gelegen.

Leider gibt es nur eine Klimaanlage im Flur und nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Dafür gibt es aber für jedes Schlafzimmer ein Ventilator.

la situation par rapport au centre ville , au port et à la gare l'appartement bien équipé propre , et lumineux. quartier peu bruyant facilité pour se garer seul bémol , troisième étage sans ascenseur et cabine de douche exiguë

la salle de bain pourrait être réagencée pour un meilleur confort , 3ème étage donc ascenseur serait vraiment top ( compliqué à installer) il n'y a pas de canapé convertible mais un lit d'appoint qui est moyennement confortable ( pour la 5ème personne)

Dank Nadja und Gianni hatten wir einen wunderschönen einwöchigen Urlaub in La Spezia. Das Ferienhaus mit drei Schlafzimmern war groß genug für unsere fünfköpfige Familie. Die Küche war schön, geräumig und mit allen notwendigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Es war angenehm, auf dem Balkon Kaffee zu trinken. Gianni gab uns Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in La Spezia. Er half uns sogar, als unser Auto am vierten Tag unseres Aufenthalts eine Panne hatte. Liebe Nadja, lieber Gianni, nochmals vielen Dank für alles.🫶

Gibt es keinen Aufzug.

Gianni was kind enough to pick us up from the train station , give us directions and because it was a public holiday , dropped us back at the train station. This was much appreciated . It’s at the top of 7 flights of stairs but it was fine . Basko and Lidl supermarket not far away . Easy flat 10 min walk to marina and old town district. Lots of cooking equipment . Had a homely feel .
