Schöne sehr große Wohnung mit typischem alten italienischem Flair, Das Bad ist komplett neu saniert. Eine riesige Terrasse gibt es auch noch dazu. Die Lage in La Spezia ist perfekt. Fussläufig zum Bahnhof für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre und genauso zum Hafen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und enthielt alles was man für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Hervorzuheben war die herzliche Begrüßung durch Patrizia die uns alles erklärte und Tipps gab. Alles in allem ein tolles Apartment und eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Very clean and thoughtfully provided all essentials. Some food and drinks and easter eggs for the kids were bonus. Patrizia was also super nice in showing us around and explaining how to use everything. We felt at home throughout our stay.

Amazing apartment, great location, and wonderful host.

Besides the cleanliness, the apartment has that Italian character and charm that you don’t get with a hotel room. The patio made our trip even more memorable. We basically loved everything about our stay. The location was also great: close to the train station so we didn’t have to drag our luggage’s forever to get to the apartment, but also close to the old town and port.

We could have done with more toilet paper, hahahah! I’m joking, everything was great.

The apartment is beautiful, large and well furnished, including everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. The patio is fantastic although we didn’t use it as the weather wasn’t patio worthy. The building itself is very quiet. There are fantastic bakeries, gelato shops and cafes very near the apartment. Patrizia, the hostess, is fantastic.

As others have noted, there is a small grocery store below the apartment building and it gets its stock delivered everyday at 6 am. It is a very noisy process that went on for up to an hour some days. If you’re an early riser or a heavy sleeper, this won’t bother you.

A wonderful, thoughtfully presented apartment with a huge outside terrace at the back. Patrizia the host had thought of everything and made our stay so comfortable.
