La Casetta dei Sogni - Giardino Privato & Parcheggio- Vicino Cinque Terre

This is a great apartment, it's small but has everything you might need. Thye beds are comfortable, the AC is good, the bathroom is well fitted. There's a large shared garden round the back, with a dedicated gazebo (there's another holiday apartment with its own gazebo). Garden bonus: the host's dog also hangs out in the garden too and she is very friendly. It's about 20 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes from a large supermarket and about 30 minutes to the centre of La Spezia; there's a bus as well I think but we didn't use it.I know everyone mentions the pizzeria across the road but really - this is not a drill, it's amazing. We're foodies and ahve travelled a lot and that place if seriously mind blowing.

You need to use a key to turn the electricity on, and while I 100% understand why this is needed and that people might leave the AC on all day, it can be a little inconvenient at times. For example if one person wants to step out to the bakery while the other gets ready or if you want to hang out in the garden in the evening but still have a cool bedroom. Again, i do fully understand the logic behind this and I'm not sure what a solution would be.

Debora, Is a wonderful host. The accommodations are a pleasant setting. Great set up for eating out at local restaurants or cooking in the kitchen. Beautiful surroundings.

What we really loved about the apartment was the garden! In the garden, our apartment had it's own gazebo. It was lovely to have breakfast there. The hosts two calm and friendly dogs enjoyed their time in the garden as well. Perfect location: The apartment is a 15-20 min walk from La Spezia Central Station, from there you can discover Cinque Terre. The area is quiet, restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Debora is a lovely host who gives lots of useful recommendations and helps with everything! We had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying here :)

On the day of our arrival, someone was talking loudly and for a long time on the phone on the neighboring patio.

Very well located, it was very comfortable.

The TV and the AC did not function properly.
