Newly Remodeled Family Friendly 3B/2B House

A very comfortable and spacious home for 5 people. Great to have room for 3 kids with a bed each and room to spare. Two bathrooms is a plus. Quality of the bed and bathroom supplies excellent. Loved the shower, I've never seen one that you can just set the temperature and hit a button to have it turn on at the same temperature each time! Access to washing facilities was good. Very quiet neighbourhood and blinds made it dark and comfortable to sleep. Interesting way of access using a code for entry, not having to carry a key, but we did have minor issues with access a couple of times. The location is good for food and supermarkets etc. but you do have to drive to everything because it's not a pedestrian friendly area. It's about a 20 minute drive from the Las Vegas strip so far enough to be quiet but can still access if needed (use the free parking at places like Treasure Island!). Definitely need a car.

Checking in wasn't 100% smooth as we were given two different numbers to call and wasn't sure who was organising. It didn't take too long to sort out with the owner. Would have been good to know about the special type of detergent required for the washing machine well ahead of time as we had to go out and buy it. The whole neighbourhood seems to be crazy for CCTV cameras. They are all around the outside of this property. There is even a camera across the street (on a different house) that announces "you are being recorded" every time you step onto the footpath out the front! This is quite unnerving!

Just what we were looking for. Close to Las Vegas but in a calm area. Several bedrooms, 2 toilets with showers and an outdoor area. Check-in was easy and everything was clean and fresh. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommend this accomodation.

The location was great with lots of food places and shopping. The place was nice and clean and the check in process was easy

Very nice home and conveniently located to many shops. The house was very modern and had everything you need. The host was very nice and answered our questions right away.

One suggestion. Change out the key pad. It was not user friendly. It was hard to press the numbers.

It was nice and big very clean and quiet all and all 10/10 definitely will recommend

Everything was great house was very clean beds was comfortable and sheets was so soft and the host are great and did everything to accommodate our needs during our stay

It was a very nice comfortable home , convenient location, and quick response if I had questions . Loved everything about our stay , absolutely no complaints.
