Newly Remodeled Family Friendly 3B/2B House

property was very clean and was set up with everything you need to have a comfortable stay the decor was nice and the host were great gave us plenty of privacy over all for the price I would stay here again.

the property is a little too accessible to anyone outside of the home the back yard isn’t fenced and is accessible from both sides of the house a little to unsecured for my taste a little out of my comfort zone but overall was safe enough.

The communication with the House manager took a bit to get established and to get the door code but once it worked, everything was fine. The house manager reacted quickly to the two small issues that we had (the previous renters had broken the lock on one of the doors to the back yard and the door code didn't work for the garage where the washing machine was located) so our stay was enjoyable.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed appliances but the dishes/cooking utensils are very sparse. One has to run the dishwasher after every meal in order to have dishes for the next meal (family of 4) which is a bit unecological as the dishwasher is nearly empty. Likewise, there were no kitchen towels to do dishes by hand.

I took a chance since it said newly remodeled with no reviews. I was glad I did. I got a call right back when there was a miss communications on my end with booking they called right back and got it fixed and in to the house with no problem. I like that there items in the house to cook with. Do to the fact I got a cousin that has health issue and need extra time to be in the house to eat before we caught our flight. They accommodate for this. Deeply appreciate the thoughtfulness. I would stay again. Everything was exactly like the booking described.

Compared to any other Airbnb. I have no complaints.

The location worked out well for us. Not too far from our daughter's house.

Pretty much everything. For a family with 2 adult children each wanting their own room, this was ideal. Plenty of room. All the facilities we could need and very clean and comfortable.

Just be aware you really need a car or a good Uber account. It's a bit out of the way (which was fine for us).
