They gave me a different house 2 days before ant infestation bathroom with mold basement had issues

The house was worth the money

the location of the property was great, the highlight is the pool and the hot tub.

the master king bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on, the master bathroom shower was a disaster, definitely needs a better shower head and fix the shower door which has a gap at the closure. Also noticed the neighbor was not very happy to see the property being used by booking.com there is nothing extra ordinary, the kitchen could use some serious attention like pots pans and spoons forks etc.

I do not understand why the heading of your listing for this property is listed as BRAND NEW??? What? This home, while nice in some aspects is dilapidated and in great need of many repairs and updates. Here are the items that need repaired or replaced: the upstairs bedrooms both have awful large stains on the carpets, the basketball hoop in the game room is broken and inoperable, the grill's handle is broken and there is only one burner that works which created us to grill for an hour to finish all grilling, several broken chairs at the fire pit, the steps to the pool are broken and dangerously slippery and one of us fell backwards, and the refrigerator drawer was broken which created an issue for storing our groceries. There was no cleaner left in the house available to clean the counters and one dirty rag. NO one came to clean the pool or the hot tub the entire week were there. The pool baskets and nets were broken and also inoperable or we would cleaned it ourselves. Lastly, the cooking utensils were far and few between especially the spatula that I complained about previously. Somewhere in your literature you should tell people NOT to lock the door handle on the front door. We did as we were unaware this would lock us out. It took three hours for you guys to figure out there was NO key to allow us to get in the house. We were instructed to use a credit card to jimmy the door open which allowed us to finally get in.

I loved the property but hated the fact that the door was not able to be opened due to someone locking it from the inside but they did not hesitate to contact me and help me enter the property.

Just the fact the remotes did not work properly, not being able to get in the house when we arrived and it was cold and the fact the pool had to be closed down.

We recently stayed at Mountain Shadows from 12/23 to 12/26 and were deeply disappointed with our experience. The advertised amenities, particularly the heated pool, heavily influenced our decision to book this property. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered the pool was closed, a major letdown for our group of 16. To compound our dissatisfaction, the laundry facilities were unusable due to a washing machine filled with stagnant, foul-smelling water. This was a significant inconvenience given the size of our group and the duration of our stay. We also encountered smaller maintenance issues, like missing batteries in remote controls, which, while minor on their own, contributed to an overall sense of neglect. After reporting these issues to Mighty Tree Properties, we were assured that someone would be dispatched to resolve them. Sadly, no help arrived, leaving us to manage these inconveniences on our own. This stay fell drastically short of our expectations, as set by the property's advertisement. The lack of attention to maintaining the advertised amenities and the unresponsiveness of the property management significantly marred our holiday experience. We hope this feedback prompts necessary changes and improvements at Mountain Shadows.

I love Everything about this location and the home itself. It was perfect 🥰

The pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't working at the moment.
