Chamomile Cottage

Nice and clean

Clean and comfortable in a safe area. Great for a business stay. Or just relax and do nothing.

We had hoped it was closer to Muizenvbrg Beach but it was an hours walk away which was too long.

The facility offers the absolute bare minimum. Expensive for what it is. Feels unsecured and at risk.

We loved the space overall, the lounge is comfortable, the bedroom and bed was also wonderful. The kitchen has everything you need as well as a washing machine and microwave. The outside seating is also cute and we made use of it a lot. The space is a good size for 2 people and we didn't feel cramped. We loved that there were options for a double bed or 2 single bed options for these cottages. We also felt that the area was super safe and secure which is great for peace of mind.

We can say that there isn't anything we didn't like specifically but there are some things that are we feel are needed: 1) A cabinet or shelving in the bathroom for some items (Though you can use the windowsill and the level area next to the bath.) 2) Some of the windows need arms to keep them open securely especially for the bathroom and kitchen windows on windy days (The doors have these.) 3) An umbrella or shade cover would be nice for the outside sections. 4) A fan or small aircon for inside especially on super hot days. 5) Not essential but outside seating in the front would be good as well as it is lovely. We simply moved the plastic chairs out that side but a set with a table would be even better. 6) An ashtray for smokers who smoke in the garden (sorry if we missed this during our stay.) 7) The security gate needs to be checked that it is in working order and a security gate for the the main door would be good too - also not essential as the area is super safe as mentioned above. 8) We feel that the small garden bush outside needs to be trimmed back to use the washing line properly but this isn't a huge issue.
