The Place

Our stay at "The Place" was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations! We wholeheartedly rate it a perfect 10/10 and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. From the moment we arrived, the process was seamless. The key box made for a super easy and convenient check-in, and we were so delighted to find thoughtful welcome drinks and snacks waiting for us – a lovely touch! Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment itself was fantastic. It was impeccably clean and felt very welcoming. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The washing machine and air conditioning were definite bonuses, adding to the comfort of our stay. One of the absolute highlights was the amazing garden. It's fully fenced, which was perfect for our dog, and the outdoor grill was a fantastic amenity we thoroughly enjoyed. Speaking of our furry friend, "The Place" is wonderfully pet-friendly; our dog even had its own bed and a treat waiting! The convenience of parking right in front of the house was also greatly appreciated. "The Place" truly offers everything you could wish for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

Nice and clean small apartment with living room , bedroom and kitchen. Very nice and friendly host. Good location.

Parking place was just and just enough for my cambing-car (5,3 m long). But for normal cars it will be ok.

Everything you need for a stay is there. Washing machine is a plus. No dishwasher is not a miss . Good quality WiFi and large flatscreen. Parking on own premises behind a closed gate. Nice closed garden to prevent our dog from escaping . Sun and shade possible in the garden all day. Mosquito nets at all windows a big plus. Prompt and kind communication with the staff and a kind welcome with few drinks . Free to use bikes to get quickly in the city center. Supermarkets and bakeries at a few minutes walk away.

Shower is a bit small, but we could manage. The duvets on the bed should be a bit longer

The apartment was really nice, with parking in front of It. The owner helped us with everything we needed.

It wasn't in the city center, but It was comunicated by bus,car or a 30' walk.

The apartment was very clean and cozy, the host Andreja is welcoming and pleasant. Location is close to city centre (approx. 15 min by bus). Free bikes can also come in handy.

Everything was fine.

We loved that we could have a yard our dog can roam freely 😊 and parking in front of the house, which was very helpful. The host was so sweet and offered treats for our dog as soon as we arrived. ❤️ It is around 20 minutes walking distance from city center and the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood.

The bathroom can be a little bit small if you are used to bigger spaces. 😊 But the house is a great value for money!

Ideal location as it was a 10 minute car ride to the highway, 15 min bike ride to the old core of Ljubljana, and a massive shopping district and within walking distance to grocery stores, parks, restaurants, and churches. The Place is situated on a dead end street which cut down on vehicle noise and the on property parking was ideal. Most of the streets in this neighborhood have metered parking.

The neighborhood is typical of any city which I am not used to. I have an aversion to noise and I had to get used to the garbage trucks 3x week, church bells ringing every 15 minutes (which occur in every town in Slovenia), dogs barking, and sirens. After 9 or 10 p.m. though, it was super quiet. It was also very peaceful during the day when many were at work. The main roads around this neighborhood were heavily congested most of the time and the main exit out was onto a heavily used road which took over a minute or two to get out onto during peak travel times.

20-30min to the center by walk and 5min from bus stop (7min to castle by bus). it is fine for short stay, bathroom is smaller, kitchen has everything you need, air condition and window net are really good especially in the summer. Small refreshments for welcome were kind :)

Furniture is older, smell of humidity and walls need painting.
