The initial welcome hamper upon arrival was a real treat for us all! The beds were so comfy and the house was set up with everything we needed. A wonderful location for peace & quiet but close to lots of activities too. After a cold walk to the Snowdon summit the open log fire was a welcome treat! The host, Janice, was just excellent too. nothing too much trouble and even kindly sponsoring us for our children’s SEN school. would stay here again for sure :)

Janice welcomed us so so friendly, greeted with a hamper and beautiful cakes and returned with a Welsh birthday card I will keep forever. the cottage offers home comforts and the fields waking up to views of the cows is so lovely. it’s situated perfectly away but easy access to everywhere. you won’t be disappointed. I expected it to be cold this time of year but it is so cosy and use of the fire sitting on a huge sofa watching dvds we had taken was perfect ending of a busy day. we asked her for recommendations for pub food and went to both on our days out and was not disappointed would return .

"Magical and enchanting home with everything a family could want or need."

My stay here was exceptional. The property is like a real life fairytale, surrounded by magical views, adorable animals and a true Welsh location. The owner was so welcoming and her home made cakes went down a treat! I couldn't recommend this property enough. I have told all my family about it also and hope to create more memories when we return.

I had no problems with my dog, the fence was perfect to keep him safe within the grounds. However, if you have a medium to small dog there is a gap under the surrounding fence to the cows. Very precious cows! Be careful if you are staying not to let them escape!

Cosy, well appointed basecamp for our Snowdonia trip. Hamper was a lovely touch and got a couple of bonus cupcakes from Janice…the best I’ve ever tasted! Highly recommended!

Very homely. Lovely warm house, with a wonderful hamper left from the owners! Owners couldn't do enough for us. Lovely facilities
