Awesome place to stay for a few nights. Close to the wharf for Doubtful Sound cruises. Friendly owners. Alpacas were so cute!

The alpacas were the biggest highlights and Kate was very patient and kind in answering our 101 questions on the alpacas. Feeding the alpacas was a once in a lifetime unforgetable experience. Tracey's alpaca finished goods gallery was a treat and we bought up quite a fair number of artisanal items handcrafted by her.

"Amazing cozy cottage! Spa pool under the stars was the best!"

The hosts are incredible! They introduced us to the alpacas and taught us a little bit about them, which was an awesome plus to our stay. They were also very accommodating to our needs and made sure that we had evertything we needed.

The location was incredible. The hosts were absolutely brilliant, super friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay cozy. While we were out they turned the spa up for us (upon request) and put the heat pump on and shut our windows so it was warm for us when we got back at night after dinner (Jessie called and asked if we would like her to do this first). They introduced us to the alpacas and taught us lots about them. The view from the spa is amazing and its super cool having the alpacas so close to watch (and watch us). If we are lucky enough to do another trip to Manapouri, we will 100% be staying here again!

The Wifi was spotty but it really didn't affect our stay.
